A Prayer for Thursday 🤍

Good morning everyone,

Lord thank you for this day. Today is the day that you have made. Let us rejoice and be glad in it. Lord I pray that we will come into a place of surrender. Lord I pray that we will have the courage to strip every dead weight that's causing us to keep our arms held down, & causing us not to lift our hands up in a surrendering position. Encourage us to come into this true posture of surrendering everything over to you. Once we surrender, you can show us your way, your truth, and your life that you have for us. Lord forgive us for all that we've done. Cover us, cover our families, and I thank you that we are able to continue to move forward, as long as we choose to and are willing to.

In Jesus name, amen 🙏🏾🤍

— Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a huge crowd of witnesses to the life of faith, let us strip off every weight that slows us down, especially the sin that so easily trips us up. And let us run with endurance the race God has set before us.
